Hi! Originally from Hamilton, Ontario Canada. I come from a social work background and after the birth of my first baby my interests shifted. I became passionate about social supports for new parents and the politics of #breastfeeding. We lived in Vancouver BC for 10 years, had a short 3 year stay in Sydney Australia and after the birth of our second baby moved to be closer to family in Perth WA.
I am passionate about community growth, inclusivity and the importance of nourishing the new family. I am Pro Choice, make space for my Trans sisters & brothers and Black Lives Matter, Don’t agree? Then let’s chat 🤎💜🧡

My credentials are IBCLC, Certified Lactation Educator Counsellor (Uni of San Diego), Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (LER), Culinary Nutrition Expert (ACN) and Childbirth educator and La Lech League Leader and recently completed the Lactation Consultant program through the University of California San Diego.
When I am not in the community working with families, I am taking a new course, writing new programs or at the beach with the family.
