Biggest flaw:
Can’t sit still for too long. If I’m not expanding, I’m withering. Learning to find peace in repetition...for mastery is built there. My “little” brother would say I can be kinda bossy pants 👖

Best Quality:
Love. I do this through skill, listening, a calming presence, strategy, and holding space for others to self-reflect without judgment while balancing holding people accountable to show the fuck up with truth, compassion and integrity in work, relationships and for themselves.
