Let’s break down some truths:

✅ The best social media marketers are not people with household names. They hustle for agencies, brands. They do cutting edge sh$t behind the scenes. They HIRE the influencers.

✅ The best leaders support their teams by clearing a path for them to run. Leaders work FOR their team. This is called servant leadership, and it’s the only way.

✅ People who are comfortable aren’t growing. The more you grow, the more you know that you don’t know much and there’s a long way to go. (This is good.)

✅ COVID culture has taken away balance. We all work more than we did before. Walls have come down between personal and work. For integrators, this is fine. For separators, this is a struggle. 2021 is the year for building personal/work boundaries and doing both well.

✅ Love your job or find another. Full stop.
