I am a mother, widow, entrepreneur and former film gypsy. I am passionate about sharing the real real of my journey as a parent living through trauma and loss. I strive to normalize the messiness of life and help people get more comfortable being uncomfortable. Everyoneâs journey has value and it is through sharing mine that I have found a much deeper love for myself and a a more personal connection with my community as a whole.
