🥇 In 2019 (the year I turned 40) I decided to compete. I won 🇬🇧 & 🇮🇪 series in my AG. That year I also competed at the Spartan WC in Tahoe, coming 10th as well as competing in the 24hr Ultra WC in Åre Sweden, finishing 5th.

Don’t let anyone tell you you are too late to the party, that your time has passed, that you are too old or that since you are now a mother the fun or your personal ambitions needs to stop..
Keep living life as fully and authentically as you can, keep doing the things that you enjoy and the things that set your soul on fire 🔥
