Guiding and empowering others to heal their past traumas and experiences to open space and create a life of happiness and wellness.

🌻 My story: star seed that never fitted in the normal, 8 years ago my journey with healing started, and have been overcoming cultural and family trauma, toxic relationships, social conditioning about worthiness and work hard to get far in life, parental abandonment, professional rejection, eating disorders, and the list goes on.

Today I live in balance with my MIND, BODY, EMOTIONS AND SPIRIT. Living my dream life in my terms!!
