ANOTHER STRONG SOLAR FLARE: Sunspot AR3615 erupted again today, March 20th (0737 UT), producing an impulsive M7.4-class solar flare. Radiation from the flare caused a brief but deep shortwave radio blackout around the Indian Ocean. So far, no discernable CME has issued from the blast site.
