A passionate, veteran industry leader, Jeff Samuels brings over 17 years of real estate experience to The Agency as the Regional Manager of Northern California. Working alongside The Agency’s executive team, Jeff is focused on expanding the firm’s foothold throughout the region, leading a team of experienced agents committed to providing personalized, concierge-style client service. Before joining The Agency, Jeff served as Vice President/Manager at Compass, overseeing hundreds of agents throughout Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, Orinda and Burlingame. He was also a top-producing broker at Better Homes Realty, where he owned and operated two franchise offices.

Hailing from a real estate family and a graduate of UC Davis, Jeff was quickly drawn to his career destiny, building a business truly focused on helping people accomplish their goals and bringing dreams to reality. He quickly shifted into leadership, understanding the nuances of real estate and what agents need to be successful.
