Larry “Jazz” Anthony, Jr . was born on April 23, 1976 in Baltimore,Md
In addition to his numerous accolades with Dru Hill, Jazz has been featured as a solo artist on the following movie soundtracks:
1. “Up The Game”-“Like Mike 2” title song - duet with Kel Mitchell
2. “Lovin' Again”-“Rush Hour 2” soundtrack- duet with Jill Scott, (Jackie Chan & Chris Tucker)
3. “Here with Me” –“Nutty Professor II” soundtrack, (Eddie Murphy & Janet Jackson )
4. “I Don’t Wanna Live Without You”- “Motives " soundtrack” (Vivica Fox)
5. "Good Thing"- a remake of The FineYoung Cannibals' classic for Disney TV & Films
6. “Wild Wild West” with Dru Hill & Will Smith
Jazz's artist development , production & management group, Taj Entertainment, can be noted for its contributions to the creative minded success of artists such as:
1. Jim "Beanz" , a talented writer & producer received tutelage from Taj Entertainment. Jim Beanz has now branched off and participated in projects for and with artists such as Jennifer Hudson, Britney Spears, Nelly Furtado , Jamie Fox, Timbaland, the hit tv series "Empire" and soo much more .
2. Tao, an amazing vocalist, became the newest member of Dru Hill in 2008. He's now branched out to become a solo artist again. Tao has also received tutelage under Taj Entertainment.
3.Tray Chaney, better known as "Poot" from the HBO television series "The Wire", and the television series "Saints&Sinners" received music recording coaching from Taj Entertainment
