Jayren co-founded ASEAN Youth Organization to develop the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and impact change makers. His mission to enable equal opportunities for individuals, especially from underprivileged backgrounds to become self-sustainable by having an entrepreneurial mindset and aim to Impact One Billion lives in this lifetime.

Apart from his non-profit work, he runs a global venture builder that co-creates with passionate founders who are solving meaningful problems and co-invest in their startups. He is an ecosystem builder, developed Singapore’s Startup Ecosystem Map 2017 and actively contributes to its development.

Throughout the years, I’ve met youth in poverty to wealthy billionaires. My engagements with them helped me realise that Impact is about giving Value. With the value given, there is positive change in the quality of lives impacted so I can bring happiness to those that needed the change!
