Experienced Real Estate Professional and Financial Analyst.

Skilled in residential and commercial, sales and leasing, I have completed transactions across a multitude of products and real estate markets. Personally responsible for over $3,000,000 in residential leases in the Bay Area and $20,000,000 in sales Nationally, I have a diverse background of real estate knowledge and a demonstrated ability to close transactions.

As a Real Estate Analyst, I assisted with the development and execution of asset disposition/acquisition programs and property-level diligence. My main roles were to asses real estate fundamentals and credit strength and I reported directly to executives at private equity companies.

Prior to working as a real estate analyst, I worked as an investment banking analyst for two years at Nomura Securities International. There, I performed strategic analysis with a focus on credit statistics, and pro forma capital structures.

Through my career in real estate and years as an Ivy League student-athlete, I have learned the values of hard work, attention to detail, and integrity.
