Hi, I'm Jathusha (she/her)! I am interested in connecting with those who are passionate about transformative/restorative justice, children’s rights, dismantling white supremacy, and radical love and community care as the foundation for social justice work.

💡 Founder of L.I.G.H.T. (Lead Inspire Grow Hope Transform) Community, a youth-run organization that has trained and supported over 450+ youth in delivering social justice community initiatives

I am currently:
• an ESG intern at TD Bank Group working on financial and economic inclusion 💰
• a Corporate Social Responsibility advisor for SAP (building a global pro-bono volunteer consulting program for young social entrepreneurs) 🚀
• a Board Member at Girl in the Wild Adventure Association (bringing girls together in the wild to learn how to love and respect the heck outta themselves) 🧗🏽‍♀️
• Youth Councillor at the Canadian Council for Youth Prosperity (working on all things youth employment in Canada) 👩🏾‍💻💼
