Chuhai is a Japanese alcoholic beverage whose market is roughly the size of global Red Bull sales. It’s like a hard seltzer but instead of malt liquor it uses a centuries old, tasteless, distilled spirit called shochu. Yabai starts with authentic shochu made with water from the Kiso River in the countryside of Nagoya, Japan.
