I have a passion for people. My focus when speaking to clients, fellow agents, or just about anyone is to listen and truly engage with them. Every person we come across has value, sometimes they just have a wall of defense that's up and we have to effectively communicate our purpose and do so with good intention. I truly believe that if we serve first, and deliver whatever good or service we bring to the marketplace without expectation, we will reach, maintain and surpass our goals.
