I’m an Occupational therapist who decided to leave the field to become an entrepreneur, launch my own company (Covered) and create the Covered Planner. The Covered Planner is a faith based planner for the modern day woman who wants to be intentional about her relationship with God and trusting him to cover all of the different hats that she wears.

I also help business owners manage their time in a way that reflects what’s most important to them.

I help women who want to create their own planner with a step by step course that allows them to design, manufacture and sell their own planner.

I’m an advocate for a family first lifestyle as a business owner and teach others practical ways to embrace a grace over grind lifestyle.

As someone who has overcome depression, I am an advocate for educating those around me of the importance of mental health, benefits of therapy, and I am big on breaking generational mindsets that reflects pushing mental health to the side!
