Bio

Jasilika Davidson is the owner of Assisted Living Locators of West Columbus and the host
of The Golden Life Podcast. As the owner, she is able to utilize her gifts and talents to assist
seniors and their families in what could be considered the most overwhelming and burdensome
experience of their lives: navigating senior care options. Jasilika’s innate altruism and nurturing
spirit enables her to lend a listening ear and provide quality senior care information and
direction. She proudly connects families to resources that are beneficial in areas such as
planning for life finality, selling their home, securing Power of Attorney and last will and
testament guidance, plus to other life planning tools.
Jasilika is a native southern girl, born and raised in Greenville, SC. During her junior year
of high school, she enlisted in the Army National Guard in an effort to secure funding for
college. Albeit an arduous undertaking, she persevered, proving she is a formidable force with a
tenacious spirit.
Being an entrepreneur was simply a dream realized that Jasilika never intentionally
sought out; it found its way to her during a time when she was in pursuit of her life’s purpose.
As a young girl, she believed that she would be the next Oprah Winfrey, sharing and telling
stories of celebrities. In her current role, she discovered that her true life’s calling didn’t look
like what she had pictured it to be. Her reality of serving seniors, families, and the community
at large, is so much better. Each day she works with seniors and their families to learn about
their story, help them to prepare for their future, to be a voice of reason, and to provide guidance when needed.

As a former On-Camera Traffic Reporter, radio personality, and elementary school
teacher, she uses all of her acquired skilled sets to help families when they need help the most.
This effort is the greatest gift that she can give families through her service, and through the gift
of deeds, the information provided can be shared for generations to come.
