Creating culinary delights is the kitchen with my sons is a highlight of my life.

🗺️ I have been blessed to have hiked and canoed in the rainforests of Belize, traveled through the Panama Canal, rode a camel in Morocco, walked the Great Wall of China, straddled a glacier in Iceland, to sitting on a beach in Cabo and other wonderful exotic places. Other adventures are waiting to be checked off my bucket list. Each experience has raised my awareness and consciousness of the beautiful world and people that I share on this planet.
