About me: ​
Chef Jamir Waters started cooking at the age of 12! Chef Jamir got a lot of his inspiration from his parents and his grandmother. Jamir's grandmother had a farm and she grew her own fruits and vegetables in Charleston, SC. At the age of 21 he graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelors Degree in Culinary arts and Food Service Management. He has always be attentive to learning news things about food. He was recently featured on WBTV 3 times doing a Cooking Demo and plans to be on Food Network some day. Jamir creates bold flavors, and uses fresh organic ingredients to make great dishes. Jamir has grown a lot over the past few years and excited to see where his career is heading to.
