Jamie is a Partner at Korn Ferry, where he is the global leader of Employee Experience & Wellbeing Solutions. He is also a leader in the Australian Organisation & Talent Strategy practice. In 2020 Jamie was appointed the Chief Entrepreneur in Residence, at Western Sydney University Launch Pad.

He is a former venture capitalist and best selling author of Unicorn Tears: Why Startups Fail & How To Avoid It - published globally by Wiley in February 2018.

Jamie has more than 25 years leadership and consulting experience. He is passionate about helping organisations succeed with human centred strategy execution. His areas of expertise include organisation design, enterprise agility, people strategy, performance and experience. Jamie is a certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) & SAFe Agilist (SA).

As an entrepreneur, Jamie sold his first startup, Velteo, to New York–based System Integrator Bluewolf, and has founded six other technology startups. As an investor, he has raised more than $40 million in funding for startups via private and public markets, including completing an IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2016.

His next book, Failure Proof: Thriving In The Modern Workplace, is expected to be published early 2021. Jamie also hosts The Failure Proof Podcast - a show that explores the future of work.
