Greetings!

I’m a life and business coach.

I care about helping people grow and strengthening communities so we can all live up to our potential.

At this point in my life I am focused on adult growth, helping people stretch their potential, make a positive impact on others, and navigate intentionally through change.

My background is in social entrepreneurship, youth development, teaching/education, and marketing via technology.

I have a B.A. in Psychology from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. from Brandeis University’s Heller School of Social Policy and Management with a concentration in Children, Youth, and Families. I also have a teaching certification for teaching English as a second language.
