I help achievers achieve more by doing less.

As a former performer, I used to put my worth in my talent, my ability to be ‘productive’ and what my outside physical appearance was.

After adopting a more conscious lifestyle and becoming a yoga and embodiment teacher, I have worked to help hundreds of people wake up to the truth of who they are- that their worth is innate, inherent, and has nothing to do with profession or accomplishments. Ironically when we integrate this truth, you create more abundance than ever- internally and externally.

I currently work with people 1:1 as a transformational coach and am based out of Aspen, CO 🏔
