AKQA

I co-founded AKQA, the international ideas and technology studio, when I was 21, and creatively led the company for over 20 years.

Growing it into one of the world’s most respected design agencies, we produced extraordinary work for clients such as Nike, BMW, Warner Brothers, Audi, Heineken, XBOX, The Coca-Cola Company and Disney.

In 2012, WPP bought a majority stake for $550 million.

When I moved on in 2015, we had over 2000 skilled practitioners working from 14 offices around the globe.

In December 2016 I became Chief Creative Officer of Native, the world renowned product & experience studio.

Made up of an ensemble team of engineers, materials scientists, researchers, experience designers and strategists, we transformed clients' businesses adding billions to their value.

Deep user research informed holistic design solutions across sectors from aviation and healthcare to next-generation autonomous transport and consumer electronics.
