I teach individuals how to passively invest into real estate by becoming the bank by putting your money to work through private lending. and a by product of this is building Main Street not Wall Street. We rebuild communities and neighborhoods 1 house or apartment building at a time creating beautiful housing for individuals and families to create a life time of memories in all while earning better than average returns!
