Bio

Jake is co-founder and CFO of In Sync Management (ISM), a full-service management agency that aims to organically grow their clients' careers. ISM prides itself on being the most artist friendly agency in existence. As a producer, he collaborates with other artists to contribute to the songwriting/recording process by guiding songwriting sessions in various recording projects. Jake was also a Business Development Associate at Studio South Holdings, a film and media asset management company. He is currently producing 2 major motion pictures.

Jake Farbman has an exciting future planned as an entertainment attorney. Jake has always had a passion for music beginning with co-founding the rock band, The Catching, in 2014. As a guitarist and songwriter, Farbman has played over 500 shows in 43 states with some of music's biggest names including, Echosmith, Alessia Cara, Plain White T's, and has recorded in the world’s most elite recording studios. Jake jumped on the opportunity to lead business operations and social media growth for the band. He excels at communicating with industry professionals.
