Jay is a fitness professional with over 20 years experience. From group fitness to personal training to club management, he has provided leadership for some of the largest commercial and corporate fitness companies in the US. His goal is to build stellar management teams geared towards mentoring and fostering a teamwork attitude amongst team members.
In addition to his multiple certifications and fitness specializations, he is a current International Master Instructor for the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). He is also a subject matter expert and content developer for fitness programming, as well as a co-author of various fitness publications and blogs.
As a personal trainer, Jay focuses on improving his client's functional movement patterns which will in turn improve their quality of life. His two fitness philosophies are “Exercise should be accessible to EVERYONE, ANYWHERE!” and “You don’t HAVE to exercise, you GET to exercise!”
