Bio

Executive Coach, Team Facilitator and Leadership Development Educator with extensive experience in corporate business leading large technical service organizations. Founded John Eales Consulting Inc. in 2021 to specialize in developing people, teams and leadership offering executive coaching, team facilitation solutions with LEGO® Serious Play® methodology and custom leadership development programs.

Member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), a CPC (Certified Professional Coach) accredited by Center for Coaching Certification and working towards certification as an ICF ACC (Associate Certified Coach). Qualified as a Nokia Master Business Coach in 2015. Coaches top executives and senior leaders to strengthen their personal foundations and sharpen their ability to build agile and innovative teams, lead and manage change, and achieve superior business results.

Develops and delivers group experiences to engage, inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance outcomes. Experience with a wide variety of international teams to navigate challenging goals including service excellence, leadership development, cultural change, strategy, and team engagement.

Develops and delivers an innovative leadership development program enabling organizations to engage their high performers as tutors, mentors, and coaches to bring immersive, relevant, and universal access for all team members to leadership skills. An organization which builds a leadership culture into the mindset of their people from the ground up enables people to confidently lead and be led outside of an outdated hierarchy achieving agile, inclusive, and empowered outcomes.

Led the Nokia Mobile Networks Services people organization in North America from 2012-2020, has led large care and system integration business lines in Nokia North America as well as achieved significant results leading the market services transformation office. An international leader who has extensive experience across the telco, IT and Networks industry working in both supplier and customer organizations in Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America.

Originally from London, living in New York City enjoying music, theater, and arts with his partner Erica and senior feline commander in chief, Brie. John enjoys travel, hiking and cooking as well as collecting vinyl records.
