I have worked as a nutritionist for 19 years, since graduating from the University of Westminster in 2003 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Nutritional Therapy

🚺 I specialise in the Female hormone journey from puberty, pregnancy, fertility issues, peri menopause, menopause and post menopause. 💗

🔆 I am passionate about empowering and helping women to feel their best through nutrition and self care.

💟 My approach is gentle and compassionate, focusing on how often small, incremental, positive changes have the power to transform quality of life. 🌟

✳️ I really enjoy being a collaborative practitioner and currently work with a number of renowned doctors in clinic. 🔆

✴️ I love being a speaker and educator. I am often featured magazine features in the national press (including Marie Claire and the Daily Mail) and I really enjoy delivering educational presentations to my peers, the industry and the public. I have been a Clinic Tutor at the Institute for Optimal Nutrition (ION), an expert speaker at a number of events and retreats; one of the most recent was for the French skincare brand Vichy.🔰
