That's right, Totisha L. Phelps, but you can call me Tah, TAH-DAH, because once you meet me, you will never forget me!

Born and raised in Newark, NJ, but relocated to North Carolina in 2010. I am an open book that owns my truth. I publicly speak about my BREAKDOWNS and openly share my BREAKTHROUGHS just the same. I am a woman that speaks with conviction and passion. I have a BOLD yet gravitating personality. I wear my heart ❤️ on my sleeve and leave my footprint 👣 everywhere I go. I am a child of God, wife, mother, second-time author, and publisher of several life-changing journals. Did I mention that I am also a Motivational Speaker, Business Consultant and Growth Coach? I focus on mental wellness using the GROW Model and a Peer Support Specialist (concentration-mental health). I have a background in business management and I'm currently completing my MASTER'S. I love to travel 🧳, fellowship, and create memories that will last me a lifetime. I am loyal, nurturing, adventurous, and outgoing. I love ❤️ to have fun while making others smile 😊 . Most importantly, I love ❤️ to inspire all around me while helping and serving in the communities.
