Hey I’m Amit! 👋

On CH to spread more awareness about my startup, Audea (audio-idea).

CH is an awesome platform for building community around audio and I’ve grown to be a big fan. Audio to me is the next generation of content creation at scale.

The company I’m creating is a bit different - I would characterize us more as a “YouTube for Audio.” 📈

Audea is essentially a search engine for spoken word audio - we don’t connect to RSS feeds so all the audeas (audio-ideas) you see on the platform have been uploaded to the platform, similar with how videos are uploaded to YouTube and then shown on YouTube.

For Creators: we think this can be big. Mainly because your audio content can live inside a searchable database that our algorithms can then index in order to curate for listeners, ideally leading to discovery that doesn’t exist on the big apps.

Traditional podcasting apps usually don’t drive organic traffic - your content sits in an RSS feed and you have to drive traffic.

They also don’t have an incentive to when they have musicians and premium paid shows to promote. 🤦🏻‍♂️

If we can switch that relationship, we think it can be special. ❤️

Currently at 1500+ users and over 5000+ audeas posted - right now is the perfect time to hop on and see if you enjoy creating on the platform or consuming. 🙌

Most of my content on CH is streaming prerecorded conversations about the platform in my rooms so that people can find out about it, but will also be going live as more people join the club so we can talk about the platform with the community.
