I am on a mission to help organisations create compassionate, collaborative and purpose-led work environments.

As well as offering 1to1 consultancy and coaching, I am a co-founder of two initiatives: Team Up to Perform and the Health Researcher Clubhouse. Both of these are centred around helping teams and individuals realise their full potential in a sustainable and compassionate way.

I have over 20 years’ experience as a leader, trainer and project manager and am passionate about helping people recognise and capitalise on their strengths and abilities, without sacrificing their personal values.

I have an MSc in Research Methods and Psychological Assessment and extensive experience in developing training programs for psychological assessment tools. I am also a certified (Level 1) Team Diagnostic Survey Practitioner, which enables me to use an evidence-based framework to identify strengths and areas for development for your teams. I’m committed to continued personal and professional development and am a member of the International Coaching Federation.
