Hi, I'm Isabel Hellerud! I lived much of my life feeling trapped and held back by people, circumstances, and my own toxic and negative mind. I know what it's like to live feeling paralyzed, bound by fear and tormented with anxiety. I finally found Freedom from myself and others once I started applying biblical principles, taking hold of my thoughts, and turning to the Holy Spirit for His power and truth to fully step into what the Kingdom of God has to offer me.

I am here to help you find your Freedom in Christ and become Empowered by His spirit!
