You don’t have to be an alcoholic to have an issue with alcohol!
📖I have a monthly column in Lancashire Life
🏃‍♂️💨I start C25k yearly but never finish 😵‍💫

I’ve taken these tragedies and turned them around as much as I can and written about them.

My first book Look for the effin Rainbows is all about my life, the good, the bad and the ugly.

It’s funny and sad all in one go.

My second book is ‘look for the effin rainbows. A self help guide (not really)’
