✨At the age of 18, I was given access to a $100,000 trust fund. I used the last penny of it in 2017. Throughout 16 years I was able to use it for college tuition (I have 5 degrees), college housing, my Camaro, down payment on a townhouse. That trust fund kept me out of debt. Some people would call me “spoiled”. Although I’ve been working since I was 17 years old.

✨Inheritance can really make a difference in someone’s life. I have never struggled. Although some of us think everyone has a struggle story... I don’t. I encourage us to normalize inheritance. Ways to pass down inheritance: Property, land, cash, life insurance, trust fund, heirlooms, a business, etc. Passing down money is not enough, we need to pass down investment knowledge as well to make our money multiply. I was always interested in investing my money, but had no one to guide me in that direction.

✨For this reason my passion is teaching financial literacy and generational wealth building strategies. Breaking generational curses starts with us. I want future generations to never experience what student loan debt feels like. I teach how assets should pay for liabilities. I encourage having multiple streams of passive income. I am an advocate for life insurance. I can show you how to leverage your credit to purchase discounted properties & land. I buy stocks & cryptocurrency. I turn credit to cash. I will get your mindset right and investment skills up!
