Welcome to The Sanctuary! It’s not just a destination but a state of mind.

My name is Myken Auffhammer; creator, inspirational global speaker, and founder of Sanctuary 108-Healing Alliance.

The Sanctuary came to be in 2015 when I was seeking solace during a time of incredible chaos in my life. My family was close to being homeless and two family members were diagnosed with severe PTSD, which would be followed by my own diagnosis two years later. In a moment when it looked like there was no light at the end of the tunnel, I decided things had to change. I prayed like I had never prayed before, for a place for my family to heal.

That manifestation brought me to my beautiful home, I lovingly named “The Sanctuary,” which would lead to healing, guide me to the seekers journey, and begin a quest to bring healing, growth, and inner bliss to those who would travel with me on this path.
