Frustrated at the un-necessarily complex nature of the facilities management industry and my passion to make a difference, IEM was founded.

Started my career in the British Army 🇬🇧 within the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers (REME) specialising as a Aircraft Technician serving for 14 years across a number of military branches before leaving as Captain.
Following my time in the Army, worked in the FM industry globally, holding numerous board positions, including Gatwick Airport, BAA, Liquid Capital, AkzoNobel (ICI) and Cloudfm.
At IEM we offer the full range of estate management services, from compliance to mechanical/electrical,water management and building fabric. We specialise in delivering services in a simple and transparent way, with a personal touch that cannot be found with the large FM providers.
