I’m Chris, and I live in Sydney, Australia.

As a recognised Leadership Developer, Executive Coach and NLP Trainer I’ve witnessed over the previous thirty years, that working with leaders, managers and entrepreneurs, there are specific components that take teams and organisations from good results to exceptional results

The main problems my clients face

For leaders and organisations interpersonal communication is fraught with danger. Important ideas and information are often communicated poorly resulting in misunderstanding, and poor execution of projects.

Unfortunately when a person is promoted into a leadership position they are typically not taught how to manage themselves or the people who report to them effectively. Self management includes, managing one’s own states, context switching, and performance.

I provide solutions in three ways;

Myself and my team provide remote education programs that provide specific soft skills training to enhance leadership and people management. Specifically programs in running effective meetings, leadership, grit, time management, vision setting, problem solving and managing anxiety in the workplace.

For people who want to dive deep and develop themselves both personally and professionally we provide our postgraduate program in NLP.

I provide executive coaching sessions. This is only available to a small number of clients due to the constraints on my time.

At Inspiritive we design, develop and provide remote education and blended learning solutions that solve the need for individuals and organisations in developing advanced soft skills to develop the culture and success of their organisation.
