Bio

I’m a single mom of two school age kids. My goal as a parent is to create the best first love affair experiences for my kids that teaches them how to love themselves and be themselves. My professional work as a naturopathic doctor had been to help people connect with their spirit and listen to their intuition so they know how to honour themselves in the decisions they make in their lives. Our lives are the sum of our decisions. Good decisions come from aligning our whole self: heart, mind, body and soul. My focus is to build a community for families who want to transform their ancestral past and design the future that’ll shape the prosperity of each generation that follows. Healing our past helps us to be aware of our wholeness to create a richer future.
