Ingerlil Teute is the founder of MillCamp Academy and the person behind the idea of the IEE program, which was created in collaboration with Educraftor in Finland and VitaTiim in Estonia and co-funded by Erasmus+.

Ingerlil is on-site facilitator and host of the MillCamp learning community, youth exchange and teacher training academy.

Ingerlil trained as a coach and seminar leader with Landmark Education and has been a coach and facilitator in many different settings, in personal development seminars as well as business consulting. She has participated as a coach, consultant and administrator with more than a dozen startups. She is also a vocal coach and an inspirational speaker.
