I preach, pray, and prophesy all to the glory of GOD. I am passionate about seeing the people of God RISE into the full manifestation of the sons of God we were created to be!

I equip and empower women to lose weight and/or reach their fitness and nutrition goals confidently through my fitness and nutrition coaching company, PowHERhouse Coaching, LLC. I am passionate in helping them achieve their own level of F.I.T. (Faith Inspired Transformation) I am Precision Nutrition Certified and a certified personal trainer. I have seen how the fitness industry is over sexualized and full of misinformation and I’m here to combat that! At PowHERhouse Coaching, we focus on:
