Storytelling is universal to the human experience… and each of us has a story to tell. Stories of how we dealt with change, loss, triumph, and growth. Tales of how something in our past formed and shaped us into who we are today.

Beyond the "schools, rules, and tools" of our trade as designers, there's more to what makes us each tick; superpowers we rarely show and possibly don't (yet) know how to properly wield. These interests, strengths, perspectives are all informed by our stories. Knowing who you are in your own story will help you take charge of your growth and career in ways you may not have thought about.
