I highly believe that empathy and vulnerability are our greatest assets. So much that I read the latter as vulner-ability.

I am a mental health advocate who is learning how to find the right balance between high sensitivity and healthy boundaries.

Writing and music are my two favorite modalities of emotional release.

I work as Senior Creative Copywriter & Content Manager (I know, long job title) at international creative music agency MassiveMusic.

I write short stories and poems and I’m currently working on the first draft of my Italian novel.

I organize and teach monthly creative writing workshops where I invite participants to use the freewriting technique as a self-development tool to gain clarity, perspective and awareness.

Speaking of my beloved Italy, I was born and raised in Milan but relocated to Amsterdam, the Netherlands a few years ago for a 6-month experience. It has lasted more than expected 😉
