Bio

My name is John Thomas, Founder and CEO of J. Thomas and Associates, LLc. & StaySimpler Rentals since 1998 and I was born and raised in Philadelphia and now I live bi-coastally on the West Coast (San Francisco) for part of the year. I am the proud father of a blended family of 3 children (a girl 9yr. old Sophia & 2 boys 8yr. old Colin and 4yr old Jonathan) who I co-parent. Although they all live with their respective mothers, I visit/spend time with them as often as possible.

I am a professional Life, Business, and Relationship Coach/Consultant that helps Individuals, Organizations, and Businesses get what they want. I am involved in multiple organizations that make a difference for youth & adults, and I spend as much of my time as I can travelling to visit places that I have never been and love being a Professional host of multiple condos/apartments in my hometown of Philadelphia.

I love all of my hometown professional sports and am a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles, Sixers, Phillies, and by association Flyers fan! One of my favorite things to do is sing Karaoke and when I am not working hosting guests you can find me singing my favorite "go to" songs.

I live a life that is committed to building teams, transforming lives & making a difference while having fun, freedom, and ease doing it. I have learned that in this life you can have so many amazing things get accomplished if you don't care who gets the credit.
