Dancinerate® ... helps women and men to be happier and healthier, physically and mentally, one dancer at a time.

‍My Dancinerate classes take you step by step through each movement, so you don’t have to be a dancer to feel the benefits of the class – but by the end you might feel like one. All kinds of dance...from hip hop to Broadway and from lyrical to jazz, you learn to get out of your comfort zones, work your bodies and have fun doing it. And in "doing it" Dancinerate inspires you to transform your life all through dance. So many times, that for me, it's become not just about instruction and fitness, it's about making a difference in the lives of my students. Dancinerate is a no judgement zone where personal goals become reality.
