Ilka Tamar is an experienced, energetic, and multifaceted individual with over 20 years of experience as a model and certified modeling & confidence instructor. She has participated in countless catwalks, events, editorial shoots, and competitions in Puerto Rico and the United States. Her motto is “Confidence Is Everything” and helping her clients discover confidence within themselves is her main goal!

Ilka has experience as an entrepreneur, professional model, certified modeling instructor, blogger, writer and influencer. Her main focus is using modeling as a tool for self-esteem and empowerment, allowing young girls, teens, and adults to learn confidence through her modeling workshops. These workshops focus on modeling as an enriching tool to help achieve a remarkable inside out metamorphosis with all of the clients she works with!

She is also the founder of the fashion and beauty confidence blog Modish Bold Squad, a blog that focuses on fashion, beauty, and living a confident lifestyle. Modish Bold Squad is all about nourishing the soul while glamming up the body. In addition to her blogging, she is a national sponsor franchise owner of the Miss/Mrs. Puerto Rico Millennium Universe Beauty Pageant and consistently takes her candidates to the finals happening in Malaysia. Ilka has also contributed as a writer to an anthology called To My Girls. She won Best Model Coach in Orlando, FL in 2019 at the Modeling and Industry Awards Gala. She has also won Outstanding Instructor for 2020 at the Millennium World Awards at Kuala in Lumpur, Malaysia.
