Bio

Born in Venezuela from Portuguese parents ilde grew up in between the two cultures and influenced by his mom who was a seamstress.
His first passion was fashion, then Classical Ballet.
Self taught how to saw and then attended Brivil’s Fashion School in Caracas. After graduating on Fashion and the Ballet School he worked a few years with Ballet Nacional de Caracas and it’s here where he started to find his passion for Makeup Artistry while getting ready for the Nutcracker or Swan Lake.
During the early 2000 ilde decided to move to Miami Beach where he still worked as a professional dancer, and then doing makeup for the same shows where he used to dance.
In 2005 he starts to work at Sephora as a Beauty Consultant and a few years later he becomes a Sephora Pro artist.
With Sephora Pro he got to do many Fashion Weeks in NYC, Miami and Paris and got to learn and assist some of the best Makeup Masters ( Kabuki, Pat McGrath, Aaron de Mey, Danny Sanz, Val Garland & Gina Brooke to mention a few)
He also keeps on the fashion design alive as he creates a swimwear line with his partner in Miami Beach and freelances doing Hair Styling, Makeup and his latest passion Photography.
