Layéida “Lay” Hughes is an award-winning speaker, facilitator, DIB strategist, and corporate learning leader. A dynamic and inspiring presenter, Lay is celebrated as a passionate people leader with an accomplished history in providing foundational principles that steer people to proven success. Coupled with degrees in Psychology and Theology, along with her life experiences, Lay has a fresh perspective to offer. Areas of expertise include: Public Speaking, Change Management, Difficult Conversations, Ministry Leadership, Team Building, and Leadership Development. She has been featured on several national and local news broadcasts wherein she has shared her expertise and supplied commentary on pertinent social topics. Lay has served on numerous political forums and has even spoken at national conferences to crowds as large as 4,000 people. Lay has received many prestigious honors from a number of organizations as well as a host of network and social groups for her service to the community.

Lay is a devoted wife to Daniel, her husband of 10+ years. Together, they are the proud parents of two children and have made their home on the East Coast.
