Catalyte uses AI to identify, upskill and assemble high performing software development teams & individuals that are diverse, affordable, and sustainable. As a Managing Director, I develop our go-to-market strategy to grow Catalyte's presence in the Chicagoland area and across the nation, while building strategic partnerships that help execute Catalyte's mission to identify talent from unexpected places. I lead collaboration across various functions to deepen client relationships, deliver value on our engagements, and broaden the reach of access to software engineering careers using our Odyssey development platform.
I hold over 10 years of experience helping clients navigate change and advising leaders on ways to structure their companies to deliver on their strategic priorities. I led a variety of business transformations, event-driven change efforts, M&A deals, and other strategic initiatives.
I have also worked on a variety of projects, but not limited to: Change Management, Organization Design, Business Transformation, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Communications, and Training. I have also helped various companies identify entry-level and mid-level talent through campus and just-in-time recruiting cycles.
