Hola Mi Gente!
I’m Yahaira, a mother, non-profit founder - #autismsprinter, author of a children’s autism awareness book and former #schoolcommittee #electedofficial. Yes I just #momvocate around the Commonwealth of Mass.

Everyday I spent time listening to the people in my community and beyond share stories of things that inspire them, trouble their soul, and most importantly the need for more equitable resources. It pains me we can’t seem to truly define #equity past the fancy jargons describing our plight. Thats why I focus on genuine relationships and community trust.

I enjoy deeply rooted conversation around social ills, in which we can collectively work on creating systemic change through community led decisions. Our community organizing power is true democracy. But we can just start by #voting, representation always matters.

I love brutally truthful #communitypolitics, eays access #technology, #goodtrouble, and spaces for #thinktanks to build community power.
