As head of The Jones & Jones Group, Jesse leads a team that helps companies ensure their communications and marketing programs operate with a sensitivity to the ever-changing diverse worlds that exist right outside their window.

With an extensive background working with a broad range of organizations including McDonald’s, Uniqlo, Adidas, Coca-Cola, Yale University, Campari Brands and TD Bank to name a few, Jesse is well equipped to guide today’s forward- thinking organizations in building successful relationships in an ever-changing, culturally diverse landscape.

Jesse is also creator, executive producer and host of ‘The Drive’, a television series where he chauffeurs city-dwellers to where they need to go. During ‘The Drive’ Jesse and his passengers discuss a range of topical issues, from technology, dating and relationships, aging, back to school, passions, empty nesting, bucket lists, family and more. The engaging conversation brings together real people, real issues and real talk. The series launched in Spring of 2018.

In May of 2020 Jesse launched 'Conversations While Park'd', a spin-off to The Drive with more of an open format - a chance for Jesse and his guests to go deeper on the dialogue. A pseudo-podcast-type feel, Jesse describes the dynamic between he and his guests as "the stuff we consider when we have the time and space to do so. Unplugged conversations #whileparkd." "I felt we needed more spaces with real diversity of people having real conversations. Places for people to really engage around thoughts and unpack them. A safe place to come together, learn and truly connect. Involving the digital world allows people to participate in the conversation actively or passively.
