I have been chronically ill and fatigued for 20 years and watched my life, my career, my relationships all sliding down the drain.

Until one day I decided to live my best life NOW despite the pain and illness. I stoped waiting for a miracle cure and started learning new methods and strategies to manage and reduce pain and have a great quality of life.

I have learned that I can reduce my pain levels more than I did with morphine and that I don’t have to wait for a miracle cure to live an amazing life.

I have been incredibly fortunate to learn directly from many mentors including Master Sri Akarshana.

I am now so grateful to no longer need morphine or any pain relief at all, I am no longer restricted to just my room or my bed and I can finally be the parent I wanted to be.
